Job Description: to direct, manage and supervise all food handlers at each and every food location
​
​Responsibilities: 

• trained new food department employees
•  supervised food and beverage operations at each food location 
• delegated tasks for food handlers at each location
• ​worked alongside other departments to complete tasks
• assisted with preparing orders during peak hours 
• helped direct and accommodate guests 
• offered refunds and exchanges, if necessary
• ensured each location was closed correctly according to the checklist 
• made departmental employee shift cuts when needed during slow times 

Achievements: 

• gained management experience
• learned to work with diverse groups of people of all ages and backgrounds
• received Employee Attendance bonus (did not miss a single day of work)
